MRS. ESTHER ADOMAKO – (CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER)
Esther is a highly experienced Chartered Insurer with over 20 years of expertise in the Financial Services sector. She began her journey with Trans-National Insurance Brokers Ltd 12 years ago as Deputy General Manager, progressing to the role of General Manager due to her exceptional leadership and dedication. In 2019, Esther was appointed Chief Executive Officer in recognition of her outstanding contributions.
Before joining the insurance industry, Esther held various marketing and operational positions at reputable institutions such as Barclays Bank (now Absa Bank Ghana Ltd) and Ghana Commercial Bank. She started her career as a marketing officer at Sunny FM, where she demonstrated strategic acumen and marketing prowess.
Esther holds a bachelor’s degree in political science, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (CBA), and an MBA in Marketing from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). She also possesses the esteemed ACII certification from the United Kingdom.
SAMUEL OSEI ESQ. – (HEAD OF SPECIAL RISK)
Samuel Osei is an astute insurance Professional and a Lawyer. He has over 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry working in various capacities. He is currently an Associate lawyer at Ohene Gyan & Associates Unlimited and a Head of Special Risk at Trans-National Insurance Brokers Ltd.
Throughout his career, Samuel has excelled in leadership roles across multiple insurance companies, including Sanlam General Insurance Ghana and Allianz Insurance Company Ltd., where he served as Head of Motor & Branch Networks, Area Manager for the Northern Sector, and Branch Manager in Kumasi. Additionally, he demonstrated his versatility at Vanguard Assurance Company Ltd. by leading the Business Development Unit as Team Head, serving as Assistant Branch Manager in Kumasi, and contributing as a Marketing Officer/Underwriter.
Samuel boasts extensive educational qualifications including a Professional Law Course (Barrister at Law – BL, Qualifying Certificate of Law – QCL,) from the Ghana School of Law, Diploma (Dip CII) from the Chartered Insurance Institute-UK, a Master of Business Administration (Marketing) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST), and a BSc. Administration (Banking & Finance Option) from the University of Ghana, Legon.
DENNIS ATIEDU – (FINANCE MANAGER)
Dennis Atiedu is an experienced professional with a background in accounting and auditing. His career spans various roles, starting as an Accounts Officer at Jocones Construction Limited, where he later transitioned to Ttedish Konsult, where he served as an Account Officer before advancing to the role of Audit Associate.
He is currently the Finance Manager of Trans-National Insurance Brokers Ltd. He has successfully audited notable organizations, including local and Canadian-based NGOs. Additionally, he played a significant role in the registration of Canadian NGOs in Ghana. His achievements also include leading internal control reviews and financial statement preparations for several companies.
Dennis holds a BSc in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), as well as a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Koforidua Technical University.
KLINSMAN KWASI ABOAGYE – (CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER)
Klinsman is a professional with 8years experience in the insurance industry, possessing a Diploma in Insurance from Ghana Insurance College, a HND in Accounting and Finance from Accra Technical University. He holds certifications in People Management & Team Leadership, Strategic Management, Enhancing Claims Processes, and Fundamentals of Insurance.
He is as a Client Relationship Manager at Trans-National Insurance Brokers Limited, he is adept at building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring accurate policy documentation, facilitating effective communication channels, and overseeing insurance claims processing. With previous roles including Client Relationship Officer, Team Leader (Sales), and Sales Executive, alongside experiences in financial auditing and teaching, Klinsman demonstrates a versatile skill set and a commitment to professional growth and excellence.
RANSFORD ODURO-MIKADDO – (SALES MANAGER)
Ransford is an experienced professional in sales, marketing, and client relations, demonstrating expertise and leadership throughout his career. He commenced his journey as a sales officer at Enterprise Insurance, where he sharpened his sales and marketing acumen. Progressing to the position of sales and marketing lead at Nokk3.
His roles as a chaperone at the British Council and later as the General manager at D3 Construction Limited provided invaluable experiences in people management and team development.
He is the Sales Manager of Trans-National Insurance Brokers Ltd where he continues to leverage his expertise in driving sales and fostering client relationships.
Regarding his academic background, Ransford holds a B.A in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management, and a MBA in Marketing, both earned from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). Additionally, he obtained a certificate in Telecom Engineering from Ghana Telecom University College.
GIDEON AWUMEY – (HEAD OF IT)
Gideon Awumey, a highly skilled IT professional with extensive experience in the Ghanaian and South African IT industries, currently serves as the Head of IT for the Company. His expertise lies in providing robust IT support services, and he plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations within the company’s IT infrastructure.
With a deep understanding of both accounting principles and technology, Gideon has established himself as a reliable and proficient expert in his field. Prior to joining Trans-National Insurance Brokers Ltd, he held positions at Ghana Telecom, Supra Telecom, Lymmy Technologies (South Africa), and Silulo Technologies (SA). Additionally, he served as a technical consultant for the ICT4Red project in South Africa.
Gideon holds a degree in accounting and information systems, along with certifications in CCNA, COMPTIA A+, Fibre specialist, and Microsoft server administration. Furthermore, he has contributed to academia by serving as a lecturer at both the University of Ghana and Marshall University.
