Public Liability

Product Liability

The Products Liability Policy covers the Insured against their legal liability for bodily injury to individuals or for loss of, or damage to, property resulting from defects in goods or products sold.
This coverage is typically offered as an extension to a public liability policy and can also be provided as a separate policy.
